Each giclée print is a masterpiece of detail and color. Produced using state-of-the-art inkjet technology, giclée printing sprays millions of high-quality archival ink droplets per second onto exquisite surfaces, capturing every nuance of the original artwork. Our prints are created on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® — the world’s leading fine art paper. Known for its premium matte inkjet coating, this paper is a favorite among artists and photographers for its exceptional color reproduction and fine detail. You have the option to choose between print only or framed options. Please note the available sizes and framing details below:
Print and Framed Sizes:
Print only: 40 × 40 cm, 2.5 cm border, printed area 35 cm x 35 cm
Print framed with a mount:
Size including frame : 52.4 cm x 52.4 cnm, the printed area is the same as on the unframed version: 35 × 35 cm
An expert team will fit the artwork into the chosen frame, ready to be hung on your wall.
In addition to our framed options, we also provide the option to purchase prints without frames. This allows you complete freedom and flexibility to frame the artwork according to your taste, interior design, and personal preference.

Glass materials
The frame windows are made of edge-ground float glass with a UV filter of approx 45%, apart from the A1 size which is high quality 3mm clear acrylic to prevent damage during transit. The frames are also equipped with an acid-free insert and a sturdy rear panel.

Shipping Times and Costs
Shipping durations depend on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. For an accurate estimate of delivery times, please review the shipping options provided during the purchase process.
Tereza Barnard Fine Art ltd offers FREE shipping to the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia and NZ. Costs for shipping are calculated considering the dimensions and weight of your package, along with the destination. If you are purchasing from outside the listed areas, you'll see the final shipping fees at checkout, ensuring full transparency before you finalize your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and details on how to track your order online. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect the latest movements of your package.
International Shipping
We're pleased to offer international shipping to a variety of countries. If you're ordering from outside the United Kingdom, please check and adhere to your local customs regulations and fees. Be aware that any additional charges for customs clearance or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refund Policy for Tereza Barnard Fine Art
Damage and Significant Delays
At Tereza Barnard Fine Art, we aim for perfection in every print we deliver. If a product arrives damaged or if you experience an unexpected significant delay in delivery, we are committed to rectifying the issue promptly.
Damaged Products: Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at studio@terezabarnard.com or use our customer service chat on our website. We will arrange a replacement at no additional charge and may request photographic evidence of the damage or that the item be returned to us. We will cover all associated return shipping costs.
Significant Delays: While typical postage delays or customs hold-ups do not qualify for refunds, significant delays will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at studio@terezabarnard.com if you believe your delivery has been excessively delayed. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a significant delay, and if a refund is appropriate, products may need to be returned at our expense.
Other Refunds
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase from Tereza Barnard Fine Art. If you are not completely happy, please reach out to us. Refunds for reasons other than damage or significant delays are considered on a discretionary basis but are generally permissible under the following conditions:
Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt to the following address: Tereza Barnard Fine Art Ltd, Bourse, St Brandon's House, 29 Great George Street, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS1 5QT. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. The original cost of the print fulfillment, a separate transaction, is non-refundable.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at studio@terezabarnard.com with your order details. Returns must be authorized by our support team before you send the product back.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
