Refunds and Returns Policy

1. General

We want every collector to feel confident when purchasing. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for all items purchased through www.terezabarnard.com.

2. Original artworks and limited editions

Each artwork is inspected and documented before shipping. If the piece arrives damaged, please email studio@terezabarnard.com within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as required by EU consumer law.

If you change your mind, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the work, provided it is not a custom commission or personalised piece. The work must be returned in its original or equivalent packaging, fully insured. You are responsible for return shipping unless the work arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Prints, books, and merchandise

Books and merchandise fulfilled by third-party partners may have separate return addresses. Contact us before returning any item so we can provide instructions. Items must be unused and in original condition.

4. Digital products and courses

Digital items are non-refundable once download or access has begun, as you acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights under EU law. If you experience a technical issue accessing content, contact us for assistance.

5. Gift cards

Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. How to request a return

Email studio@terezabarnard.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The product and reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged)

We will confirm the return address and next steps within two working days.

7. Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the item or proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.
