Refund Policy for Tereza Barnard Fine Art PRINTS
Damage and Significant Delays
At Tereza Barnard Fine Art, we aim for perfection in every print we deliver. If a product arrives damaged or if you experience an unexpected significant delay in delivery, we are committed to rectifying the issue promptly.
Damaged Products: Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at studio@terezabarnard.com or use our customer service chat on our website. We will arrange a replacement at no additional charge and may request photographic evidence of the damage or that the item be returned to us. We will cover all associated return shipping costs.
Significant Delays: While typical postage delays or customs hold-ups do not qualify for refunds, significant delays will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at studio@terezabarnard.com if you believe your delivery has been excessively delayed. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a significant delay, and if a refund is appropriate, products may need to be returned at our expense.
Other Refunds
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase from Tereza Barnard Fine Art. If you are not completely happy, please reach out to us. Refunds for reasons other than damage or significant delays are considered on a discretionary basis but are generally permissible under the following conditions:
Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt to the following address: Tereza Barnard Fine Art Ltd, Bourse, St Brandon's House, 29 Great George Street, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS1 5QT. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. The original cost of the print fulfillment, a separate transaction, is non-refundable.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at studio@terezabarnard.com with your order details. Returns must be authorized by our support team before you send the product back.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
